I am an Italian educated Greek

Attorney-at-Law with over 15 years experience handling a wide range of legal disputes from first instruction through to resolution.

Since 2018 I have been practicing almost exclusively on Cybercrime law cases. I am currently finalising my dissertation on EU Directive NIS 2 upon submission of which I will acquire a Master's degree from the University of Piraeus in Law and Information and Communication Technologies.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 12/2015 – to date: Law office, Piraeus

Attorney at Law I maintain my own practice in Piraeus where I specialize in cybercrime related matters. Moreover, since 2018, I act as a legal counsel by way of consultancy in various cybersecurity firms for ransomware cases.

05/2011 – 12/2015: Interamerican S.A, Athens Attorney at Law (in house) In this role I was the sole Legal Advisor in the Financial and the Procurement Department of the Company. I handled all legal matters from first instruction through to resolution including litigation where relevant.

11/2009 – 5/2011: Law office, Athens Attorney at Law I maintained my own law office in Athens, handling penal and civil law disputes from first instruction through to resolution, including litigation where the circumstances so required.

2/2007 – 11/2009: Panagiotis Zachopoulos & Associates, Athens Attorney at Law I trained as a lawyer in the law office of “Panagiotis Zachopoulos & Associates” and subsequently, upon obtaining my qualification, as a Greek Attorney at Law.

I handled cases of civil, commercial and penal law. 12/2000 – 11/2002: Notary Public Office, Genova (IT) Assistant to the Notary Public Whilst studying for my Law degree, I concurrently worked for Mr. Paolo Bennetti’s Notary Public office in Genova, Italy where I assisted the Notary Public as needed.
