Stratis is the Director of Public Sector & S/W Products Business Unit. He is the founder, main shareholder and CEO of Intelltech SA until 2001, when the company was absorbed by Quest Group of Companies and since then he has contributed to the Group’s vision from various managerial positions. He has extended experience, over 30 years, in e-Government as well as in Government Resource Planning solutions, software analysis and development, R&D Projects, systems integration, project management, and business solutions. He holds a Mechanical Engineering Diploma (MEng) from the Faculty of Engineering Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.Th.), and is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) and the Hellenic Association of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers.
